Julie Kenny is Chair and Chief Executive of award winning Pyronix Limited, which she founded in 1986 and Chairman, Chief Executive and majority shareholder of its parent company Secure Holdings Limited.
Julie has been involved in serving the business community and was the founding President of Rotherham Chamber of Commerce.  Julie is currently Chair of Yorkshire Forward, Chair of Governors at Maltby Academy and is on the Board of Governors at Mount St Mary’s College.  Last year Julie was appointed by Government as one of the three Commissioners to oversee improvements of governance at Doncaster Council.
Nationally, Julie is a Commissioner with the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, and Chairman and Director of the British Security Industry Association.
Julie will talk about her personal journey and her experiences setting up and developing her business.
